Honda's new hydrogen-powered car is coming to America. Production of the "FCX Clarity" began today in Japan. The first of these zero-emission cars are heading to southern California in July. The Clarity runs on hydrogen and electricity and emits only water. Honda says the car is two times more energy-efficient than a gas-electric hybrid.
